IT Workers Share the Most Idiotic Things Non-Techies Have Told Them

a-creepy-weirdo-has

I’m not even the IT tech but the most knowledgeable in this area. That’s not me bragging they don’t know a single thing about technology.
My boss had his computer hooked up to the tv for a meeting and couldn’t get the screen to show all I did was change the source and he nearly applauded.
Another time he forgot to turn on his computer and thought it was broken
Another time my other boss’s wireless mouse ran out of battery and he thought his whole computer was down

I just…. How do you function??

IT here, can confirm

To the 5% of people in Arizona who voted 3rd party- if you had voted for Hillary, that’s 11 electoral votes that would have gone to her.

To the 3% of people in Florida who voted 3rd party- if you had voted for Hillary, that’s 29 electoral votes that would have gone to her.

To the 5.5% of people in Michigan who voted 3rd party- if you had voted for Hillary, that’s 16 electoral votes that would have gone to her.

To the 5% of people in New Hampshire who voted 3rd party- if you had voted for Hillary, that’s 4 electoral votes that would have gone to her.

To the 3.3% of people in Pennsylvania who voted 3rd party- if you had voted for Hillary, that’s 20 electoral votes that would have gone to her.

To the 5.7% of people in Wisconsin who voted 3rd party- if you had voted for Hillary, that’s 10 electoral votes that would have gone to her.

Total, that is 90 electoral votes. As I type this, Hillary needs 61 to win.

Please just let that sink in for a second.

Hillary would’ve been elected right now, at this very moment, if instead of you protesting your vote, had just voted for her. She would  EASILY be President.

You KNEW 3rd party candidates didn’t stand a chance. You were told. But instead, you had to vote for them anyways, and guess what?

You screwed us over. Congratulations.

I hope that feeding your “both candidates are bad” superiority complex is worth a Trump presidency.

daniel-enrique

Superiority complex? Are people really this arrogant even in defeat? I voted for Clinton but this pisses me off, and I’m as liberal as they come.

In my humble opinion, people blaming third party voters - you gotta pipe down. Is there a case to be made for pragmatic, hold-your-nose-and pick-the-lesser-evil votes? Sure, but none of this would have happened if the DNC and the “democratic” party hadn’t handpicked their candidate. Stop throwing the blame at random people. This is all on them, for picking a candidate with enough baggage to give La Guardia trouble, the candidate that lost the general election swing states in the primary, and further, colluding to give Trump the nomination as he was an “easy opponent”. Maybe next time, don’t rig the primary in favor of a corrupt and deeply unpopular politician. They even handed out party positions to the people implicated by the leaks. Insane.

It’s nuts to me how people can encourage others to go vote their conscience and then rail on them for doing so. Don’t screw over your electorate and expect them to fall in line. That kind of attitude is what got us here in the first place. I can’t blame anyone for not voting for the candidate of a party that clearly didn’t give a single quarter shit on whether they were putting the strong candidate forward - but it’s okay, because it was “her turn“. Like it’s some kind of amusement ride.

I’m not even going to mention how you’re assuming all those third party votes are progressive or liberal people. Get off your high horse because posts like these are the ones that show a superiority complex.

I’m sure other people can express this better but I’m under a lot of stress and I frankly don’t care

this turned into a rant this out of all posts made me end my tumblr hibernation

Oun Sambath and Chomran

Sambath’s mother would often have dreams about a snake coming to protect her family. When Sambath was 3 months old, his mom found a snake (about thumb sized) coiled under her son’s bed. They took the snake out released it into the bushes, but a couple of weeks later they found that the snake had returned. They took that as a good sign and decided to keep the snake. They named her Chomran, which means good luck.

Sambath and Chomran grew up together. They sleep together, eat together, play together and they even talk to eachother. Chomran even has her own room. They believe that Chomran has special powers that protect their family from illness and harm.

Many wildlife protectors, police officials and movie makers tried to take away this pet snake from Sambath and put it in a zoo, but the snake boy said, “I will not let anyone take her away from me, either. I love her very much,” while kissing his beloved pet on the head.
